Shipping
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order ships, including tracking information.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery within the United States typically takes 3-7 business days after shipping. Some larger or heavier items may take longer.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the product's weight and dimensions. Free shipping may be available on select items.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only. We're working on expanding to additional regions.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, check your tracking number first. If tracking shows no updates or the package appears lost, contact us at hello@aurahomeanddecor.com and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
Returns
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging with all accessories and hardware included.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Custom or personalized items (including custom house numbers)
- Items marked "final sale" on the product page
- Installed fixtures (please inspect before installation)
How to Start a Return
Email hello@aurahomeanddecor.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll send you a return authorization and shipping instructions within 24 hours.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
Reporting Damage
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Warranty Claims
Warranty terms vary by product and are listed on each product page. For warranty claims, email us with your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the problem.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Canceling an Order
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, the order enters processing and may not be cancelable. Email us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
Changing an Order
To change your shipping address or order details, email hello@aurahomeanddecor.com immediately. We'll do our best to accommodate changes before the order ships.
